1. All rentals are done on a first come first serve basis.
2. Payment can be made by checks, cash or credit card and for new customers, is due in full on delivery.
3. To confirm rental, please submit the following to Van Power LLC.
- A signed rental contract outlining all terms of the rental and estimated cost.
- A proof of insurance naming “Van Power LLC” as the additional insured and loss payee
on the policy. Insurance must show coverage for liability, the equipment, hired autos and physical damage.
- If applicable, a New York State Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption
4. Confirmation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to call time will result
in a charge of 50% for equipment and labor charges for one day’s rental
5. On location, it is the renter’s responsibility to arrange and coordinate the necessary parking and location vehicle permitting.
6. Renter will be required to provide a valid credit card and state issued ID to serve as deposit to secure the rental.
